All items will come in a signature Kasia Blue/Poetica Box with wrapped with Blue Ribbon and romance card.
Each purchase is special and is ready for gift giving, even if it is just for yourself. Occasion cards can be
included per request and bill to ship to options are available as well. Please contact me at

Bridal/Custom Orders
Custom orders are available upon request and will require a 25% deposit for order processing to incur. Custom
items are non refundable/returnable. I will work with you exclusively to ensure that you are 100% satisfied
with your custom order. Bridal orders will follow the same policy as stated above. I believe in creating a
signature piece of statement or bridal jewelry as a very intimate process, there fore, I will work hand in hand
with you to make your creation perfect.
Shipping
All packages are shipped via USPS first class mail within 2-5 days of receiving payment. Shipping in this fashion
usually will take 7-10 days during non holiday times. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation to
ensure your purchase arrives to you, and only you. Upgraded shipping is always available upon request and
will incur additional fees unless otherwise arranged or when offered as a free service or promotion by
KasiaBlue.
International shipping may take longer, but I will do my best to get your purchases out in a timely fashion.
Refunds
Refunds for full product value minus shipping and handling fees are available for 7 days upon receipt of product,
with shipping time taken into account. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must contact me so that
your refund and return of merchandise can be handled in a proper, and speedy, manner.
Exchanges are welcome for items that have been purchased as gifts within this same 7 day period. The value
of the exchange will be for equal or lesser value minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise arranged
between myself and the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to me with
delivery confirmation and paying the return shipping. Please, no exceptions.
Additional Information
Custom orders, special and bridal orders are nonrefundable. I will work with you to make your order extra
special, but due to the nature of the order, I cannot refund once a special order is placed. I will work to make
your order perfect, and if changes need to be made to your special request, additional shipping, component
and labor charges will apply.

Any vintage findings used in my designs are older than 20 years or more. Sometimes, they are not as sturdy
as modern findings, which means they may have some scratches, discolorations, and inclusions that may have
been there prior to my purchasing them. I use only the best vintage items that I can find, nonetheless please
expect imperfections to be present. These pieces are keepsake items and are unique unto themselves. Please
expect these items to be more fragile than their modern day counterparts.
